If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have ordered, will refund you.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
1. Go to the « MY RETURNS » tab in your account area. Find all your orders, select the order concerning the item(s) to be refunded and the reasons for the refund & validate your request.
2. Your request will be handled by our services. - If your request is accepted, you will receive an email including the return voucher and the procedure to follow below. - If it is declined, you will be notified by email.
3. Once we have received your parcel with the validated return voucher, the product(s) will be checked by our teams. If the items comply with the return conditions, we will proceed to refund by using the method of payment you used when you made the purchase.
We do not accept product exchanges. You have the option to return your items for a refund and place a new order.
You have 30 days from the date of the delivery of your package to return the item, in its original condition, unused, complete (with all its accessories) and packed in its original packaging, duly accompanied by the return voucher provided for that purpose.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. Return the package to the address indicated, using the carrier of your choice.
The return voucher ONLY authorises you to return the item(s) concerned by the request.
Make sure that you keep the proof of deposit of your parcel.
If the returned item(s) does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to withhold a minimum of 20% of the price of the item(s) for storage, packaging or repair costs, or to refuse your request for return.
Concerning the refund, you will be credited within 10 to 15 days with the method of payment you used when you made the purchase. This period includes: - Delivery time for the return of the parcel (on average 5 days), - Processing time for quality control at our warehouse (on average 2 days), - Refund period to your bank (on average 3 days).
